Earin Fritz is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching and school leadership. Currently serving as the Dean of Students at YES Prep Public Schools since August 2014, Earin has also excelled as a middle school mathematics teacher, focusing on math intervention for 6th and 7th grades, and has effectively led a team of seven teachers to enhance student achievement. Previously, Earin taught kindergarten at KIPP Texas Public Schools from August 2012 to August 2014, where a notable 20% of students achieved reading proficiency at a third-grade level. Earin began a teaching career at HOPE Academy Chapelside Campus, holding a kindergarten teaching position from August 2010 to August 2012. Earin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Wittenberg University in May 2010.
