Olivia Bashiri

Olivia Bashiri is a seasoned recruiting operations professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and candidate management across international markets. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Operations Analyst for Yext in the EMEA and APAC regions, Olivia has progressed through various roles at the company since June 2019, including positions as Recruiting Operations Analyst and Senior Recruiting Coordinator. Prior experience includes a Talent Acquisition Summer Intern role at WeWork, where Olivia managed candidate experiences and coordinated numerous interviews weekly, as well as internships at Swedish for Professionals and the Centre Party, where Olivia honed skills in full-cycle recruitment and organizational development. Olivia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Aston University.
