Veronica Acosta is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational excellence and management. Currently serving as an Organizational Excellence Business Partner and Talent Partner at YKK AP America Inc., Veronica has also held various roles including Office Administrator. Prior experience includes positions at Sports Authority, where Veronica advanced from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Team Lead, and later became a Department Sales Manager and Operations Manager. Veronica is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at Georgia Southwestern State University, with studies ongoing since 2022.
