VP Of Membership And Fund Development at YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo

Rhonda Ludwig has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the non-profit sector. Rhonda recently joined the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo as the Association VP of Membership and Fund Development. Prior to this, Rhonda worked for the American Heart Association as the Development Director for Southwest Michigan. Rhonda also served as the VP of Operations at the YMCA of Central Ohio for two and a half years. Before that, Rhonda held multiple positions at the YMCA of South Florida, including Vice President of Operations and Executive Director of the Greater Hollywood YMCA. Rhonda has also worked at the YMCA of Greater Miami and the Central Florida YMCA. Earlier in their career, Rhonda gained valuable experience as the National Operations Director at TBG Development, a hospital-based health and fitness center management company. Their responsibilities included developing new facilities, program expansion, and staff development. Overall, Rhonda has a proven track record of leadership and success in the non-profit and health and fitness industries.

Rhonda Ludwig obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education, Sports Medicine, Recreation, and Health from Defiance College between 1979 and 1983. Rhonda then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University from 1987 to 1988.
