Bruce deJong possesses extensive experience in talent management, learning, and leadership development within the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management, Learning, & Leadership Development at Mutual of Enumclaw since September 1991. In addition to this role, Bruce has held various positions related to claims examination and development at the American Red Cross, where contributions include serving on the board and co-chairing the board development committee. Bruce actively participates on the boards of Plateau Outreach Ministries and the Green River College Foundation, focusing on talent recruitment and financial oversight, respectively. As a Health & Wellness Instructor for the YMCA of Greater Seattle, Bruce supports members in achieving wellness goals. Additionally, Bruce serves as a Leadership Coach at Prevail Executive Coaching, specializing in high-performing team development. Bruce holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle/Bastyr University.
