Rich Albers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Digital Experience Manager at the YMCA of Greater Seattle since June 2020, Rich co-leads growth initiatives and oversees digital product roadmaps. Prior to this role, Rich was the Owner and Entrepreneur at CURATOR LLC, focusing on organizational vision and data-driven operational management. Additional roles include Creative & Brand Manager at Impinj, where Rich led a website redesign, and Senior Project Manager at POP, enhancing web properties through agile UX/UI methods. Rich's previous experience also includes Senior Interactive Producer at Publicis, where successful marketing strategies were implemented, notably for T-Mobile, and co-founding Core Five Creative, where project management and team supervision were key responsibilities. Rich holds a BS in Visual Communication from Ohio University.
