Haylee Ruyeras

Haylee Ruyeras is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the YMCA of San Diego County since April 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing administrative functions and fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Archer Education from January 2019 to April 2022, where Haylee managed account support, coordinated project plans, and facilitated cross-department collaboration. Previous positions also encompass project coordination at Circa Interactive, corporate sales assistance at The Cravory, event coordination at Serendipity Events, a social media internship at Everyday California, and customer service assistance at Lynch Investment Management. Haylee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Television, Film, and New Media from San Diego State University, as well as an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Modesto Junior College.
