Katie Addis

Katie Addis is a highly experienced Clinic Director at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy since January 2022 and has served as a Yoga and Pilates Instructor at the YMCA of San Diego County since May 2016. Katie's career includes a tenure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton from February 2017 to February 2022, and as a self-employed Physical Therapist, Yoga, and Pilates teacher from January 2013 to February 2022. Previous roles include Pilates Instructor at Zoom Fitness & Pilates Studio, Yoga Instructor at Sol Yoga Studio and Sculpt Fusion Yoga, and Physical Therapist at Keith Mahler Physical Therapy. Katie holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University.
