Jeff Thomas

Jeff Thomas currently serves as the Executive Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Jeff held the role of Senior District Executive of Community at the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth since August 2015, where responsibilities included managing a $6M operations budget and leading multiple YMCAs. Earlier experience included various leadership roles within the YMCA structure, such as Executive Director of the Richardson YMCA and Kaufman County YMCA, where significant operational improvements were achieved. Jeff's career began as the Main Camp Director at YMCA Camp Grady Spruce, overseeing the safety and activities of over 600 children. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from New Mexico State University.
