Dawn went on to pursue their Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honors in Tourism Studies at Bournemouth University from 1988 to 1992. Later, in 1993 and 1994, Dawn attended Loughborough University, where they earned their Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology.
