Claudia Fanni

Claudia F. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Claudia most recently worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at YOOBIC starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Odity from October 2020 until September 2022, where they held the position of Senior E-Commerce Customer Care and Fashion Specialist- Fendi Brand Ambassador. In this role, Claudia had direct contact with important foreign customers, managed order flow, created return labels, and collaborated with various departments to ensure excellent service.

Before that, Claudia worked at Ted Baker from 2011 to 2020, taking on various positions including Operations and Office Manager, Deputy Manager, Floor Manager, and Supervisor. Their responsibilities involved driving sales, managing teams, coaching and developing staff, and maintaining high company standards. Claudia also gained experience at GUESS?, Inc. as a Sales Assistant/Supervisor/Visual Merchandiser from 2008 to 2011, and at Marlboro Classics as a Commercial Assistant in 2008. Claudia started their career in 2005 as a Sales Assistant at Princesse tam.tam and had previous acting experience in the cinema and TV industry from 2001 to 2005.

Claudia F. obtained a Business and Administration Certificate in Level 2 Business and Administration from Bridgwater & Taunton College in the year 2020. Prior to that, they attended École d'art dramatique Eva St Paul from 2005 to 2008, where they focused on Theatre.
