Elena Pini

Elena Pini is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and technology execution, currently serving as the Head of PMO & Governance at YOOX NET-A-PORTER since June 2018. Elena has successfully overseen multiple global projects with significant technological impact, previously holding key roles such as Head of Technology Execution - Delivery and Senior Project Manager. Elena's expertise includes defining Agile processes for tech solutions, managing IT migration risks, and supporting business readiness across major international projects. Prior to joining YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Elena held managerial positions at Savino Del Bene, Higgovale Pty Ltd, Accenture, and Gres Panaria Portugal, where Elena demonstrated strong capabilities in logistics, business process analysis, and project management. Elena holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
