Matilde Gotti

Matilde Gotti is an accomplished professional in business performance and operations, currently serving as the Head of Business Performance at YOOX NET-A-PORTER since June 2021. Previously held the role of Insights Manager at the same company and worked at Wealthsimple as a Business Operations Manager from January 2020 to April 2021. Matilde's earlier experience includes managerial and analytical positions at Finalta by McKinsey from August 2015 to December 2019, and associate-level work at Kepler Associates between March 2013 and April 2015.
