Richard Hepburn

Richard Hepburn is an experienced professional in the regulatory and finance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Regulation at Yorkshire Water since February 2022. Previously, Richard held the position of Interim Consultant for the RAPID Programme at Ofwat from April 2021 to January 2022. A significant portion of Richard's career was spent at Heathrow from July 2009 to November 2020, where various roles included Finance Director, Regulatory Director, and Head of Operational Regulation. Prior to Heathrow, Richard worked at BAA from September 1998 to July 2009, contributing as Head of Business Case Development and Finance and in other key positions related to airline business development. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Information and Administrative Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and a BAcc in Accounting from the University of Glasgow.
