Steve Overfelt

Steve Overfelt has extensive experience in risk management and business operations, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at Young Living Essential Oils since July 2015, where previous roles included Senior Manager and Risk Manager. Prior to this, Steve worked at SkyWest Airlines as a Risk & Treasury Analyst from September 2011 to July 2015, and as an Agent at American National Insurance from July 2009 to February 2015. Steve also has a background in executive leadership as the President of Premier Logistics Consulting Inc. from December 2002 to December 2007, focusing on implementing Oracle/JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Software. Earlier experience includes roles as a Marketing Consultant and Senior Instructional Designer with JD Edwards ERP, and a Sales Representative at Nationsway Transport Service Inc. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Adams State University and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Colorado Mesa University.
