Kaitlyn Cacioppo currently serves as Vice President at Pamlico Capital since July 2023, focusing on equity and buyout investments in communications, healthcare, services, and software industries. In addition to this role, Kaitlyn holds multiple board member positions at Key Data, Your Part-Time Controller, LLC, and CEATI, all since late 2023. Kaitlyn has previous experience as a Board Observer for AutoVitals, GIACT, and RVshare, as well as serving as a Private Equity Associate at Tritium Partners from December 2018 to July 2021. Kaitlyn completed an MBA at Harvard Business School in May 2023, where an internship at Advent International was also undertaken in 2022. Earlier education includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, graduated with General Honors in 2015.
