Youthfront
Jim Newberry has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of ministry. Jim started their ministry career as a Campus Ministry Director at KYFC from 1987 to 1991. From there, they served as a Youth Pastor at First Christian Church of Greensburg from 1992 to 1997, and then as a Pastor/Youth Pastor at Community Church of Greensburg from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they became the Pastor of Student Ministries at Christ Community Evangelical Free Church until 2008. In 2008, they joined Youthfront as the Director of Camps and later became the Director of Youthfront Camp South. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Ministries at Youthfront and also began working at Ministry Architects as a Staff Consultant.
Jim Newberry completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Youth Ministry at Lexington Baptist College from 1994 to 1996. Jim then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Youth Ministry Leadership from Huntington University between 1998 and 2011.

Youthfront
Founded in 1943, Youthfront, Inc., a nonprofit organization, provides leadership, and character-building programs for students. By equipping them with a sense of responsibility and a strong spiritual foundation, Youthfront believes these students will become positive contributors to their schools, employers, families, churches, and communities. Youthfront operates two camps, national and international community development projects, Something To Eat™ food packaging, mercy and justice initiatives, and other training and service events.
