Sofia Tioutiou

Sofia TIOUTIOU is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people management. Currently serving as a Senior People Manager at Yubo since July 2023, Sofia is responsible for supporting the development and onboarding of a diverse workforce of 120 employees, including contractors. Prior to Yubo, Sofia held the position of People Manager at Jellyfish from September 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included acting as a people partner for 120 employees and facilitating change management during a merger.
