Mr. Liu Zhiguang, was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of the Group in August 2021, and is in charge of the Group’s financial securities business. Mr. Liu joined Yunfeng Capital in May 2019 and is responsible for fund raising and operational post-investment management. Before joining Yunfeng Capital, Mr. Liu served as the Director of Operations of CICC Capital Management Co., Ltd of China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) in September 2016. He was responsible for the management of the equity investment platform. Mr. Liu worked at Hony Capital since July 2014 and was responsible for the establishment and management of alternative investment platforms. He also worked in a number of investment banks including UBS APAC and CICC in December 2011 and June 2006, respectively.
Mr. Liu obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of International Business and Economics.
