Dairne Poole

Dairne Poole is an experienced professional in sustainability and innovation, currently serving as the Low Carbon Innovation Lead at Z Energy NZ since September 2022. Previously, Dairne worked as a Senior Innovation Specialist at Creative HQ and as Executive Director at ANZEA, focusing on organizational sustainability and growth. Additional roles include positions at Social Traders, where Dairne contributed to social procurement solutions, and various consulting roles for purpose-led businesses across industries. Dairne’s past experience includes board director positions at Sustainable Initiatives Fund Trust and Eco Evolution, and consultancy work in culture and change for Fairfax Media. Dairne holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Canterbury, a PG Diploma from Lincoln University, a Bachelor of Arts from Otago University, and a Diploma of Teaching from the University of Canterbury.
