Emad Rashed has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Emad started their career at MTN in 2009 as an IT technical support officer, where they worked until 2011. Emad then joined Asiacell, part of the Ooredoo Group, in 2011 and held various roles including specialist loyalty & retention in the Segment Department, Sr. officer loyalty & Retention, and finally, Principal loyalty and retention in the Segment department. In these roles, Emad focused on developing and managing prepaid products, creating loyalty and retention ideas for customers, and analyzing customer behavior to prevent churn. In 2014, Emad joined Zain Iraq as the Head of Marketing Kurdistan & Arabic North. Here, they were responsible for acquisition, revenues, and churn, as well as setting the marketing strategy for products and offers.

Emad Rashed earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Technology from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Career Essentials in Data Analysis and Generative AI from Microsoft and LinkedIn, and Introduction to Career Skills in Data Analytics from LinkedIn. In 2017, they also received a certification in Leadership & Management Skills from FranklinCovey Middle East.
