James Stuber

Research Engineer at Zap Energy

James Stuber is a seasoned engineer with a diverse background in research and development. Currently serving as a Research Engineer at Zap Energy since November 2021, James is responsible for managing simulations of plasma and designing research equipment. As a Co-Founder of SciVista, Inc. since February 2018, James contributes entrepreneurial expertise in the engineering sector. Prior experience includes a Design Engineer role at Woodruff Scientific, Inc. from July 2009 to November 2021, where James focused on computational resources and structural analysis. Additional experience includes coaching Olympic weightlifting at Rocket Crossfit, web design for Touchmark Living Centers, and quality assurance at C-COR. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington.
