Kevin Rydland is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Zebra Consulting since October 2022, where leadership revolves around operations and strategic initiatives focused on delivering high-quality work through an agile and user-centric project approach. Prior to this, Kevin held several roles at Capgemini Invent from June 2019 to October 2022, including Senior Management Consultant, where responsibilities included managing digitalization projects and fostering stakeholder engagement. Kevin also worked at Capgemini as a Project Manager from August 2018 to June 2019, leading key strategic initiatives such as the UpSkill Project, which developed a knowledge-sharing platform. Kevin Rydland holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics from the University of Stavanger (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleums- and Process Technology from the University of Bergen (2012-2015).
