Fiona Kilpatrick

Fiona has over 35 years of experience in pensions, in a variety of roles, including pensions management, scheme secretarial, pensions administration, project management and is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (FPMI). She is passionate about delivering a high quality, proactive service to clients.

Prior to Inside Pensions (now part of ZEDRA), Fiona spent four years as the Trustees’ Pensions Manager at the Marks & Spencer Pension Scheme. Her role covered communication, administration and governance. Before that she spent many years at the Railways Pension Scheme, latterly as a Trustee Executive looking after the pension arrangements of various clients like Network Rail, Balfour Beatty and British Transport Police.

She has managed many projects including the transition of a DC scheme into a Master Trust, merger of several schemes into one, administration practices reviews, and governance improvement reviews.
