Philippa-Lucy holds an LLM (Distinction) in European Law from the University of Edinburgh and an LLB Honors degree (First Class) from the University of Strathclyde.
Philippa-Lucy is an experienced lawyer who serves as General Counsel with responsibility for a wide variety of client projects. She is a highly experienced Funds lawyer and her roles in this area include providing ongoing legal and operational support, coordinating with legal counsel in relevant jurisdictions and drafting various legal documents such as offering memoranda, resolutions and investor communications, as well as other structure based and operational communications.
She also has an Advanced Certificate in Compliance (with Merit) – International Compliance Association and an Investment Management Certificate issued by the Chartered Financial Analysts Association in the UK.
