Rachael Ridgwell

Rachael Ridgwell serves as the Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and Head of Legal at Zego since January 2022, following a role as Senior Legal Counsel UK. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel UK at MAPFRE ASISTENCIA from April 2019 to January 2022, where Rachael contributed as a member of the Leadership Team, providing strategic legal advice for retail insurance products and M&A activities. Rachael's background also features a position as Associate at TLT LLP in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team, alongside holding roles as Solicitor at Barclays and Coffin Mew Solicitors. Rachael holds both GDL and LPC degrees from The University of Law.
