Marcell Judkins is an accomplished financial executive with a diverse background in various sectors, including renewable energy, healthcare, and finance. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at ZEN Energy since February 2025, Marcell oversees financial strategies for a leading renewable energy retailer and asset developer. In addition to this role, Marcell is a member of the CPA Australia Victorian Divisional Council and has held positions such as Deputy President and a member of the Appointments Council. Extensive experience includes interim CFO roles across multiple industries, leadership at Movember, and serving as a financial transformation consultant for the Australian Energy Market Operator. Prior positions also encompass significant roles at Capitol Health, Victoria International Container Terminal, and REA Group, complemented by an educational foundation that includes an MBA from Deakin University and a GAICD designation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
