Soumya Das is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and pricing strategies within the energy sector. Currently serving as General Manager Risk and General Manager of Product and Process Innovation at ZEN Energy since July 2022, Soumya previously held various senior roles at AGL Australia from April 2008 to July 2022, including Head of Pricing and Forecasting. Key responsibilities involved managing financial risk, developing strategies for business optimization, and leading commercial analysis efforts. Soumya's career also includes significant roles at Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys, focusing on application development and trading systems. Soumya holds a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Diploma of Financial Markets from the Australian Financial Markets Association, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur.
