Neetu Kataria

Neetu Kataria currently serves as the Head of HR at Zenatix Solutions since August 2022 and has been leading Human Resources at Compilation Avenue since August 2018, focusing on talent acquisition, HR operations, and overall HR strategy implementation. With a strong background in HR management, Neetu’s previous roles include HR Consultant and HR Manager at ITpreneurs, and Manager HR at an IT company, as well as experience at McDonald's India and Bharti Airtel Ltd. Neetu holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, acquired between 2007 and 2009, and is recognized for innovative HR strategies and stakeholder management at the CXO level.
