Dr. J Brummel serves as the Director of CX Technical Strategy & Innovation at Zendesk, where extensive experience includes roles focused on enhancing the customer experience for enterprise clients since April 2013. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Musical Arts in Trombone Performance and Pedagogy and a Master of Arts in Trombone Performance from the University of Minnesota, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from California State University, Fresno.
