Renae Vespremi

Renae Vespremi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, creative management, and brand strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Zendesk since March 2022, Renae is responsible for building and leading a global operations and program management team, aligning it with Business, Sales, and Marketing Leadership. Previously, Renae held various roles at Zendesk, including Head of Creative Operations and Senior Manager of Creative Production, where key contributions included streamlining creative production processes and leading strategic initiatives. Prior to Zendesk, Renae was a Principal at RVC, focusing on process development for small to mid-market businesses, and served as Brand Director at LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, establishing a creative department for the organization. Renae's career also includes significant achievements in commercial photography and marketing, as well as public awareness initiatives. Renae holds a BA with a double major in Sociology and English from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
