Teresa Haun

Teresa Haun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and customer experience strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology and CX Strategy at Zendesk since September 2017, Teresa has held various leadership roles in product marketing within the company, including Director and Group Manager. In addition to roles at Zendesk, Teresa is also an investor at The Council since November 2019 and previously worked at Groupon as Marketing Manager specializing in product marketing and demand generation. Earlier in the career, Teresa held multiple positions at Gap Inc. in merchandise planning and forecasting, and began with an analytical role at Harris Williams & Co. Teresa's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Legal Studies, as well as an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
