John Leach has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. John began their career at dunnhumby as a Marketing Analyst in 2001 and later joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst in 2004. After that, they worked at NHS as an Assistant Director of Cancer Strategy for Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust from 2006 to 2008. John then returned to McKinsey & Company, where they held the position of Associate/Engagement Manager from 2010 to 2013 and Associate Partner from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, John joined Zentiva as the Head of Zentiva Carve-out before assuming the role of Head of External Supplier Operations in 2020.
John Leach obtained an MSc in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they completed an MBA program at INSEAD in 2009.
