Michael Frick holds a Master of Business Administration degree and worked for several consulting and industrial companies. In 2003, he joined Mahle Group as head of corporate controlling. After senior management roles in the company’s finance, controlling and purchasing organizations, including in China and the United Kingdom, Frick was appointed commercial director of Mahle-Behr in 2011. From 2014 to 2022, Frick was a member of the Mahle Board of Management responsible for finance; he also led the company as CEO ad interim twice during this period.
Michael Frick joined the ZF Group Board of Management in December 2022.
