Julianna Orgel-Eaton

Julianna Orgel-Eaton serves as General Counsel for Ziff Davis, overseeing the Ookla, Gaming, and Technology & Shopping divisions since October 2015. Additionally, Julianna holds positions as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at Chief, a private network for female executives, and as a member of The Fourth Floor, which aims to increase female representation on boards. Prior legal experience includes roles as an Associate at Renzulli Law Firm, LLP, a Law Fellow at Vincent, Kantz, Pittman and Thompson, and various internships in legal settings. Julianna earned a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and a B.A. from Skidmore College.
