Ryan Kasper

Ryan Kasper is an experienced UX researcher currently serving as Principal UX Researcher at Zillow since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Staff Product Researcher at Stack Overflow, where responsibilities included leading AI product initiatives and being a founding researcher on the Product Innovation Team. Ryan's previous experience includes serving as UX Research Lead at Meta, contributing to the development of the Metaverse Avatars Marketplace, and leading research initiatives at Citrix, focusing on SaaS Communication and user experience metrics. Early career experiences include conducting human factors research at the Institute for Collaborative Biotechnologies and serving as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Santa Barbara, where Ryan also instructed undergraduate courses. Ryan holds a PhD in Psychological and Brain Sciences from UC Santa Barbara and a B.S. in Psychology from Northern Arizona University.
