Prior to Informatica, Cassandra served as a Senior Design/UX Researcher at Capital One, leading quantitative and qualitative research initiatives for online banking features, and as a Senior Customer Experience Researcher overseeing all CX studies in Canada. Early career experiences include roles at Hotspex, Ipsos Reid, FreshInsights Consulting, the City of Timmins, and Shoppers Drug Mart. Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
