Roger Porter

Roger Porter, MPA, is an experienced HR leader currently serving as HR Integration Director at Zimmer Biomet since January 2016, where responsibilities have included leadership roles in various divisions such as U.S. Commercial, Digital & Technology Solutions, and Operations Enabling Functions. Prior to this, Roger held senior HR positions at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing global HR initiatives, and at Level 3 Communications, managing the North America Sales Talent Acquisition function and supporting multiple business groups. Experience also includes a role as Head of HR for MetLife's Dental Franchise. Education includes a degree from Syracuse University and SUNY Brockport.
