Ken Marra has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Ken began their career in 2007 as a Reservation Sales Specialist at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). In this role, they were responsible for providing travel advice and reservations solutions, making creative decisions using tools and market insights to deliver on the unique travel needs of guests, drive revenue and customer loyalty. Ken later became a Seasonal Operations Manager, managing and ensuring the achievement of Center Targets efficiently and effectively, critically examining daily operational reports and analyzing business trends and opportunities, and developing action plans and creative programs to improve opportunities identified, maximize revenue while maintaining quality calls and enhance employee engagement. Ken then took on the role of Team Manager North America, UK and Luxury Brands. Most recently, they joined Zintro as a Project Manager in 2022.
Ken Marra obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Technology with a major in Electronics from the Baguio College of Technology between 2004 and 2007. Ken also holds a Positive Coaching Approach Certified certification.
