Supreet Rumana

Supreet Rumana has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer experience, currently serving as Lead, Quality Assurance Enablement at Zip Co since November 2020, after holding roles as Quality Assurance Specialist and Customer Experience Specialist. Prior to this, Supreet worked as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at News Xtend from January 2020 to August 2020, and as a Resolutions Specialist and Media Care Specialist at Nine between November 2018 and September 2019. Supreet holds a Bachelor of Business with a specialization in Marketing from Western Sydney University, completed in 2020, and has a solid educational foundation from St Marys Senior High School and Catherine McAuley Westmead.
