Kumu Sasikumar

Kumu Sasikumar is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and automation. Currently serving as Sr Manager QA at Zipcar, Kumu has led initiatives to transform QA processes through automation tools. Previously at First Help Financial, Kumu played a pivotal role in migrating call center operations to a new phone system and developed an automation framework using Automation Anywhere. Kumu's career also includes key positions at AMAG Technology, Ruelala, Oracle, and Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, where leadership and technical skills were demonstrated across various teams and projects. Kumu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG College of Technology and is enhancing business strategy skills through an Executive Management Program at MIT Sloan.
