Dayanne Almeida

Dayanne Almeida is an experienced professional in the agricultural sector, currently serving as the Genetics Area Manager and Technical Lead for Sheep at Zoetis Inc. since April 2019, where expertise in providing genetic information and support services enhances the productivity of beef, dairy, and sheep producers. In addition, Dayanne holds the position of Director at Los Pastores, managing a family farm that operates 5,000 commercial Romney cross sheep, as well as other livestock. As the founder of Canal Sheepnutter, a prominent social media platform dedicated to sheep farming in New Zealand, Dayanne engages thousands of followers worldwide through informative content. Previous experience includes a role in research and development at Wairere Rams from 2014 to 2019, contributing to the breeding of high-quality Romney sheep.
