Kumar Gyanendra is an accomplished technology executive with a robust background in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at Zomato since September 2019, Kumar has previously held the role of AVP Technology. Prior to Zomato, Kumar was the Director of Software Engineering at Phonon Communications Pvt Ltd and co-founded iDelivr, where Kumar served as CTO until its acquisition by Phonon Communications. Earlier in the career, Kumar gained extensive experience at CSC in various roles, including Manager and Project Lead, as well as working as a Software Engineer at Verizon Data Services. Kumar holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, earned between 2001 and 2005.
