Subham Bharadwaj is an experienced professional currently interning in the Carbon Business at ReNew since February 2024, contributing to project management, carbon accounting methodologies, and risk management for various carbon reduction projects. Previously, Subham interned at Bayfront Capital Advisors, where insights on ESG integration in private equity were gained. As Co-officer at the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network – Youth, and as Program Lead at Piramal Swasthya, Subham focused on improving health accessibility for tribal populations. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Piramal Foundation on state transformation programs, monitoring and evaluation at Pratham Education Foundation, and serving as a fellow at the Gandhi Fellowship. Subham holds an MBA in Sustainability Management from TERI School of Advanced Studies and a BBA from Utkal University.
