Tina Barkley has over a decade of experience at Zonar Systems, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience since August 2011. In this role, Tina manages a portfolio of Tier 1-3 customers and leads a team of Customer Experience Managers within the Utility Construction Vertical, engaging effectively with executives and stakeholders to address business needs. Previous roles include Vocational Supervisor and Senior Customer Experience Manager, where Tina developed key metrics and advocated for customer understanding of products and services. Tina also held positions focused on specialized customer service for Key Account customers, providing training and support, and maintaining records in various CRM systems. Prior experience includes a role in Help Desk and Network Support with the USAF from November 2001 to November 2005. Tina holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Computer Networking from Green River College, completed in 2011.
