Jamie O.

Jamie O. currently serves as General Counsel at Zone & Co since 2023 and is a member of TechGC from 2021 to the present. Previously, Jamie held the position of General Counsel at Evadata (2022-2023) and served as VP, Head of Legal at Lucidworks (2020-2022). Jamie also worked at ChannelAdvisor as Senior Corporate Counsel and Director of Compliance (2017-2020) and at Credit Suisse as Vice President & Counsel (2012-2016). Other notable experiences include founding and serving as Editor in Chief of The Cauldron at Sports Illustrated (2012-2016), contributing writing for The New York Times (2011-2013), and providing legal counsel at Morgan Stanley (2011-2012) and Lehman Brothers (in Liquidation) (2009-2011). Jamie earned a Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law (1998-2001) and a B.A. in English Literature from Binghamton University (1994-1998).
