Prior to ZonGuru, Viktor worked at MentorMate starting from 2016. Viktor initially joined as a .NET Developer and quickly progressed to the role of Team Lead and Consultant Team Lead.
Before MentorMate, Viktor gained valuable experience at BULPROS as a .NET Developer, where they utilized various software technologies and tools such as ASP.NET MVC 5, Web API, C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and more.
Viktor's career in software engineering began in 2012 when they enrolled as a student at Telerik Academy. During their time there, they excelled in courses focused on ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms, Databases, High-Quality Code, Technical Support, and JavaScript. Viktor also completed a 3-month internship at Telerik Academy, where they honed their skills in software development, including translating books into C#, converting algorithms, optimizing algorithms and data structures, and using Git as a version control system.
Viktor Bahtev attended the Technical University Sofia from 2010 to 2014, but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Additionally, they enrolled in the Telerik Academy from 2012 to 2013. While at the academy, they obtained several certifications including the ASP.NET Web Developer Track, JavaScript Developer Track, Telerik Software Academy 2012-2013, Server-Side Developer Track, and C# Software Developer Track.
