Jorge Iniguez

JORGE INIGUEZ is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in plant operations and manufacturing management. Currently serving as the Director of Plant Operations at ZT Systems since June 2021, JORGE previously held the position of Plant Manager at Bourns, Inc. from October 2013 to June 2021, overseeing operations in Tijuana, Mexico, and Logan, Utah. JORGE's career includes notable roles such as Manufacturing Director at Kemet Electronics, where responsibilities spanned various managerial positions, including oversight of manufacturing in China, and impactful contributions at Nortel, Cabot NHUMO, and Autoforjas.
