Mads Hermann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and business consulting across various sectors. As the founder and co-owner of Gyro since November 2014, Mads Hermann guides companies through strategic transformations. Currently serving as a Scaleup Mentor at IESE Business School and a Compliance Officer at ZTL, Mads Hermann has also held significant roles at Energinet, Danske Bank, Minsait, BEC, ScanCom International A/S, ATP, and Nordea. Mads Hermann's educational background includes an Executive MBA and MBA from IESE Business School, a Business Diploma from Copenhagen Business School, and a Master of Science from DTU, complemented by study programs at Stanford University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
