Youssef Hautier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, and technology management across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Zurich Instruments, responsibilities include overseeing production, supply chain, IT, and finance, with a focus on safety and export control. Previous roles include Head of Tech Ops and Head of Manufacturing at Corden Pharma, where Youssef led the integration of multiple operational functions. At Vifor Pharma, Youssef managed large teams and spearheaded the implementation of a robust industrial IT infrastructure for digital manufacturing initiatives. Founding Younify, Youssef developed innovative payment solutions for banks, while earlier positions at Sicpa Security Solutions and Silicon Graphics involved sales, marketing, and engineering management. Youssef holds a Master’s degree in Microtechnology from EPFL, an Executive MBA in Corporate Finance from HEC Lausanne, and additional training from INSEAD.
